Extraordinary surprise in this small historical town. Delicious ingredients and combinations, all from their own farm and garden. The place itself is beautifully set in the nature, creating at the same time romantic and relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended and well worth the trip from Vallarta.
Amazing food and attentive service. We ate here twice. Not the cheapest but absolutely worth the expense. The beet salad with coffee vinaigrette was a revelation.

We LOVE this restaurant The food is amazing, mostly locally sourced from their own properties, the service is attentive and really genuine. Some of the drinks are made by their companies as well, some beers, raicilla and the kumbucha. The food is fresh as can be, beautifully presented, and the setting is really peaceful and comfortable. The staff are passionate and explain everything about the food and where it comes from. They intimately know the menu. We've eaten here a few times now and enjoyed a degustacion special event with celebrity/guest chef. Everything we've tried has been delicious, well seasoned, and really appropriately priced. It really is 5 star food, something you'd expect from a Michelin awarded restaurant in a large city, yet it is perched up, almost hidden in San Sebastián. If you're visiting the area, this is an absolute must stop venue!!
OH WOW. Balanced and flavorful combinations with attentive staff, beautiful atmosphere and confortable seating. Regional private farm to table ingredients with specific flavors in mind served with feeling and sincerity and love from the heart of the land... just WOW. Totally worth the drive but spend the night if you plan on taking full advantage of their not to be missed carefully crafted raicilla based cocktails and beer.
What a wonderful restaurant - excellent food which so much love and passion just blowed our mind away! After the first dinner here we was so in Love with this place that we decided to try the 12 course menu with comparing drinks the next night! What a wonderful experience! Don’t forget to buy a bottle of the Raicilla the brew and try the beer!
Delicious and extremely creative with their food. For such a small town off the beaten path, we did not expect this nice surprise! All of the dishes were very good and contained uncommon ingredients which came together very nicely. The staff are very friendly and attentive!
